WDC:AR INFOGRAPHICS & LAYOUT
CHALLENGE
These layouts were work completed during my most recent freelance stint at Think Publishing for the Whale & Dolphin Conservation's Annual Review for 2018, distributed internally and to members of the society. The annual review is a publication which consists of a variety of statistics and the managing director and editors of the publication decided that a slight shake–up of the layout style was required.

SOLUTION
My solution made wider, but also more consistent use of graphics to represent the information, in order to make it quick and easy to digest and see the main points at a glance. I generated a running style for the two sections, “Our Success...” and “Key Areas...” which appears on most spreads and features on most articles. Colours were used more to create a brand style, which is also consolidated by the continuing use of the curly brackets – a part of the main logo, appearing as a whale's tailfin – as a major visual device throughout the publication.
